- Public Hearing on Proposal for re-subdivide of property as shown on Preliminary and Final Plat located at Lots 3, 4, & 5 Acadia Oaks Subdivision in Acadia Parish, as shown Track A & Track B in the City of Crowley, Acadia Parish, Louisiana.
- Public Hearing for approval of a recommendation of final plat and variance in Harvest Trace Subdivision for backyard setback requirement in R-3 from 20% of lot depth to 10’ ft. backyard setback as follows:
- Consider approval of a variance request relative to rear yard building setbacks
- Consider recommending the approval of the Final Plat, including the dedication of public rights of way, servitudes, privately owned storage ponds and common areas shown thereon to the Board of Aldermen
- Consider recommending the acceptance of the improvements of the public roads, drainage, and sewer to the Board of Aldermen
- Consider recommending the mayor to enter into a Storm Water Management Facilities Maintenance Agreement to the Board of Aldermen
- Public Hearing for request approval for Home Occupancy by Phyllis M Tezeno to open a home occupied business - Billing Agency on the property located at 425 N Avenue D, Lot 11, Block 60, of City of Crowley – West.
